Vectair Environmental Ltd will use its best endeavours to meet the estimated delivery time of 3-5 days (overnight delivery is available for extra charge), but cannot accept any liability whatsoever for failure to do so.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Packaging will be amply sized and your items will be well-protected.

The above carriage prices are a general guide. All consignments valued over £1,000 are charged at cost (approximately 1.5% of order value) and include a 1% insurance levy. The company reserves the right to charge extra delivery charges for any abnormal packages and for all off-shore addresses i.e. N. Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Isles of Scilly and please note off-shore delivery can take longer than the 3-5 days we ordinarily quote.
A charge of 25% of invoice value or a minimum charge of £10.00, in respect of packaging and administration, may be levied on goods ‘not wanted’ or ‘incorrectly ordered’, or due to duplication. All goods returned under this category must be received in their original supplied condition and returned to Vectair Environmental Ltd within 30 days of the original invoice date.
The purchaser will bear all costs of returning any goods. No goods that have been specifically ordered and manufactured to the purchaser’s requirements can be returned for credit unless previously agreed with Vectair Environmental Ltd. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty / damaged goods
All faulty and/or damaged goods will be replaced or repaired under the manufacturers standard warranty periods (please call us for more information).
